Virto Polls licenses are based on free and subscription plans.

Key Licensing Details#

• Free Plan: Up to 5 polls per tenant in total. All users are admins by default, meaning anyone in the tenant can view and manage polls.

• Subscription Plan (Annual): Unlimited poll creation across the tenant. All users are admins by default, with the option to manage and customize admin permissions as needed.

• License Requirement: A subscription is required once your team needs more than 5 polls per tenant or advanced admin controls.

Example**:** In a tenant with 20 users, all share 5 polls under the free plan. With a subscription, the same 20 users gain unlimited polls and flexible admin rights management.

• Minimum Users: No minimum license requirement—Virto Polls supports teams of any size.

Usage options#

• Web Application: Accessible via https://polls.virtosoftware.com/

• Microsoft Teams Integration: Available as a personal app.
